My goal over the next 4 months is to integrate some light exercise as well as some red light therapy (I bought a Mito Pro 1500). Could anyone help me interpret this? I'm not 100% knowledgeable about this stuff but from what I gather, I think the increase in oleic and decrease in SFA implies elevated levels of scd1 (desaturating my saturated fats) but I cant figure out why my linoleic acid % went up too. So my linoleic acid went up and my total saturated fat content went down. For reference, I've lost about 30 lbs in those 4 months (310 down to 280). I did once 4 months ago in October and just got my results from my latest one. My goal is to try and get 4 readings within a year. I've just received my results from my second omega quant test for a complete fatty acid profile.
